Company is fantastic for Union workers means permeant worker not for Supervisor. Company give very Good salary and health insurance also.company give good training also time to time

Physical touch not allowed in companies but union person and sometimes seniors and major junior misbehaving the supervisor and you have no right to complaint because junior misbehaving and junior complaint against you to union person. And you have no option because no one come for your help. Infact HR only see but action not taken. Hindi me bolu to sab keval tamasa dekhte h supervisors ka... Work culture very Bad which I feel I also left because senior misbehave to me I complaint boss and HR too but no one help so Due to self-respect I resigned. And many of person resigned due to this reason because company want easily loose there Diamond. No action taken against complaint and no one ask why you resign.
