We have good work culture in IBM .The flexibility of work are so good and good scheduled work timings , Leaves are good

There is no salary hike for employees and if you get salary hike it will be like 4% to 8% and more than legacy applications is in IBM we cant get opportunity of any coding skills from scratch

No hidden deductions from CTC. Bonus and performence awards and other parks are on top of CTC. CEO is bringing lot of good changes.

Lots of policies for almost everything. Poor salary hike.

It is a very good company for students of any stream who wanted to work and didn't got admission to tier 1 colleges, because it provides a great platform for unskilled freshers to get into TCS and learn skill and improve their knowledge which will always help them to boost their career as they switch jobs in future.

Dislikes

Nothing is bad about TCS. Just you need to understand the intention of the organisation, that it is not about good salary but to skill and unskilled person who doesn't get job anywhere else because of his knowledge. And In TCS he/she can get that Knowledge and may excel in their future Job.
