On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

...me with better percentage Need to provide timely market correction Instead of hiring new employees and provide them high package first have connect with employees already doing employment in organisation and motivate them by giving good percentage hike to retain them.

It very important to select the company like LTIMindtree that helped in bringing Work Ethics, Values and Collaborative spirit. If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.
