On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

....company policies are good . Appraisals are not fair there is a lot of politics. Salary hike and bonus will be every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't feel responsible for any issues. Lot of politics in writing appraisals.

I have spent there around 2 years. Learn allot. Overall experience was good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

The Oppo Company is one of the Best mobile company and Working atmosphere and a family culture i mostly like here.Highly-Quality products and has a global client base.As a result, I get to travel abroad,Especially to China and Thailand.Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee Re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Sometimes,I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to complete production fulfillment and some time late into the night.Managers have to value the individuals' unique strength, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of the times.I do received appreciation e mail from client,But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
