Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

I like to work in TCS because very well job security, traveling, companies policies, management. All things are very excellent manage.

I like to do work in TCS but now I want increment in my salary. That is only one thing.

When you work in TCS you will feel what is actually working in MNC. All the things are processed neatly. In TCS you will get job security even if you are not allocated to any project.

Dislikes

Promotions and salary hike in TCS is very low you will get promoted only if you are eligible.
