work life balance overload of work . Capacity planning can be better. We mostly stretch to complete work. Growth is good in business and finance teams only.

Force Ranking Attrition goals for management Salary structure , basically your salary will drop after 2 years and you will reach your first paycheck level after 5 years if you dont get promoted .However promotions after Level 5-6 is very hard to come by. Zero Work life balance

Some of the things that could be improved 1. Processes are still being brought into place. Lots of fire fighting required. 2. The career growth chart is not very evident 3. Internal movement doesn't exist at the moment.

1)Work culture is bad 2)Higher management grade 7& above are very unethical , create High work pressure & speak very bad language towords there journers 3) less empathy towords others 4) SWIGGY as compney is good but new management is very bad
