Good work environment and culture, Team matea are supportive. Appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...or more than 2 years , it was over all a good experience. Work culture was good. Too many perks and benefits apart from salary components. Opportunity of onsite exposure.

Good Company, no work life balance, no new learning. if you are getting at least 60% hike on current package don't join the company.
