Dislike about company culture and Leaders are behaving very bad they are asking part from your earning incentives

...about it and some senior employees do the monopoly and misutilize the power....and i observed that people hired from outside to ipru on high package but existing employees always suffer interms of promotion and increment.....any ways i m a small employees and i don't have any value to give the any feedback . It's just a by heart just i articulate my views... Thanks...

The Leadership Team is very Helpful and always pushes us for better outputs

Work life balance is a big no here, the pay is also comparatively less to other companies in the industry

Digital process , Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Low salary compare to others company in same industry,now a days there is a lot of politics
