Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

...e in Chetu even in this pandemic, they also provide their benefit to employee. They give salary on time even though they also give the increment as this is the policy of Chetu in every 6 month.

Job security is great at TCS and there are opportunities to grow. There's a fair work life balance and good health insurance for employees and their dependants.

Dislikes

The salary scale is too low even for people who are experienced and promotions and hikes take too long. It's very difficult to identify a good project or a unit to work for and if you are not comfortable in a particular project, it's almost impossible to get a release.
