(1) Salary -- perfectly on time till today. 24 jun '23. (2) Work culture -- no bullying, no politics, transparent work culture. (3) grievance redressal -- they address our queries in time and provide resolutions in time. Tutors comprise about 60% of total employees.

Dislikes

Though tutors has the power to choose their leaves at their dashboard level,it would be great if there are some fixed holidays for atleast two important festival for a great family gathering at home

Teaching is the suitable profession for all.. n home tution is secured n this is the way through which more people knows about u by visiting their place.. directly.

Sometimes guardians do not pay in time , which is the most important problem.

Good work environment and culture. For women it's very good job at work from home. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary

But in this field not any where opportunity that's main issue

You have to take one to one class. You both can give your 100 percent effort.

Salary is fixed, not much growth.

...days and 1 extra day I managed but they are very strict to not approving leaves. They give promotion without increasing the salary.
