As powermech is known for its AMC services (Annual maintenance contract) for maintenance of giants like Adani, Tata considering being a employee of a company taking AMC forget that your job would be cusion feeling, definitely it will be rough and hectic but trust me it will make u learn alot if u are interested. Job security is good, work culture depends upon adaptation of individual, management Andhra baised, rest all ok...ok..growth is very poor...

Growth is poor, salary delay but its guaranteed u will get it, appraisals not up to mark if compared with work load

As a work place it's good..One will get an excellent opportunity to increase his technical skill and growth and u will get a continuous learning process

Sometimes work pressure Is high and sometimes salary timing issue occurs.. Appreciation proper not given for good works.
