This creates hostile work environment. -> While HR claims to be committed to gender equality and providing opportunities for employees to speak up, whistle blowers are reported being targeted or sidelined. This shows real gap between HR policy and practice, and that employees may not feel comfortable reporting misconduct or discrimination.

The environment is very friendly and it's very accommodating especially for women. There is good work life.

The pay and hike is a bit low compared to the market for certain units. And it only offers one way cab.
