It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

I joined for Accenture though consultancy, and they used don't give me more more salary and leaves. only good thing is client is google so some advantages are there like cab food etc.

dont join though consultency they eat all you CTC and try to give you very less amount.

It's good company for stability but salary and appraisal rate is not satisfied it's low percentage but job security is no 1

HR managers are very rude and are forcing to tag in cross skill project
