In the clinic managers problem & some time managers force to work for long time for example your morning shift but client came suddenly then u should do the service orelse there will complaint about you negativity to the area managers or the highers that's it

Growth is really very slow I last two years i did not see any growth happening No appreciation in team work when did good efforts Polictics are really played very bad when you are getting good clients and hours Roaster is never made in my clinic Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghts Due to which i dont feel giving suggestions At my clinic infact hardly sop is followed due to which i m loosing my interest to work with them anymore

About Kaya I want to say that I have learned so many things from Kaya..like self confidence,speak in front of everyone with confidence,i improved to do my work style properly like I m very organized to work on time,also incentives plan are very good..

Salary is good BT work pressure is so high..and career growth is slow..
