Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

...Time constraints like Sapience tool is bad here. Promotion policy is bad here. Salary hike is bad here. Career growth is bad here.

It's great organization to work. However sapience tool is here for tracking productivity. There is work life balance environment.

Compensation should be improved. Technology movement is required.

Salary package is very low for the kind of work we do …. Salary’s should be revised … as the name of the company is high in market similarly salary could also be better …
