I like the company culture

I like the job but there is no interment in salary and there is no facilities like room is not provide and the place of company is long distance from the station like 45 from Pune station and the company not provide and bus system for new student who arive from another state and the transportation is very poor and arround the company area there is enough buses don't arive there if go with auto and another transport process the charged high amount for the transportation and there no response from higher department

Salary and promotions are slow

Work culture is very terrible.. those Indian leads would. Never let you grow .. they will take credit of your work and put you under bad circumstances that you have to resign . Job training is not provided . No one wants to share information.. manager insults their juniors all the time upon asking on a any small question.

Company culture is very excellent and safety is first priority of the company that things are mind-blowing

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in factories and salary is decent but career growth is slow.
