Working in Genpact have a job security You will not get any promotions You can get the favouriteism No salary benefits No promotion As usual as you will be having normal work pressure

I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.
