Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Dislikes

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

...and I belive in the company is continuously working to make them more efficient. I believe there could be more focus on aligning compensation with the evolving market standards and the growing responsibilities associated with different roles. This would help in further to stay longer period of time in company and motivating employees and ensuring their financial growth matches their experience and contributions. Company has excellent work culture which fosters career growth. Work life balance, salary and benefits is good with good job security. It also enables skill development and learning which promotes work satisfaction.

Promotion guidelines is not clear. Appraisal is not released in timely manner.
