HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

...and I belive in the company is continuously working to make them more efficient. I believe there could be more focus on aligning compensation with the evolving market standards and the growing responsibilities associated with different roles. This would help in further to stay longer period of time in company and motivating employees and ensuring their financial growth matches their experience and contributions. Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

Dislikes

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination
