I believe there could be more focus on aligning compensation with the evolving market standards and the growing responsibilities associated with different roles. Interview process is comparatively easy. Salary on time. 5 days working. Work environment is good

They don't have good projects. They picked up rejected projects from world If you are not on client billable projects your work life balance is poor. You get lot of work pressure. Appraisal is not good
