Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

Like as ethics,life saving rules,house keeping are very clean,

Canteen rules are no satisfied, every worker bus no facility, incentive no paid, bonus leave increase not increased

I WORK 3 YEARS IN TORRENT.GOOD TEAM WORK AND GOOD CO-ORDINATION WITH EACH OTHER. HR DEPARTMENT ALSO SUPPORTING AND ALL SENIOR.LUNCH BREAK FAST UR DINNER IS SO TASTY. IF CHANCE GIVEN I WILL JOIN AGAIN.

ONLY IS THAT APRESSAL IS BASED ON PERCENT BASIS. THOSE WHO HAVE LESS SALARY THEY WILL SUFFER. I MY CASE THAT'S THE REASON I LEAVE TORRENT.

I have felt the family culture and learning opportunity is too much. Eventually I say this is parental compony where you can learn easily.

Salary is average while work is risky.

Good work environment and culture. company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year.

The Management there is a lot of politics and employees identify but career growth is slow.
