good management of work, friendly environment, there is very well and large scope to learn work something new and to gain the knowledge.

i felt salary was low for me and for the people who privately working on that.

Excellent medical benefits, dedicated club, gym, sports, swimming pool, guest house etc. You do not need to bring work to home. There is no work pressure unless deadline approaches.

Dislikes

Slow growth, no flexibility in timings, 6 day work week, salary hike is very less.
