Job security is high, work culture is also OK , This company is for those who wants to make career in banking domain , If you are in this company then there are lot of opportunities if you stick to the domain, Almost all products are already built so you will be doing some enhancements and CR only. management is OK.

issue is with the hikes , it normally 10%-15% unless you raise your voice, Variable pay is also a big component in salary which is not good.

In Intellect the culture or work nature varies across team. It is quite difficult to rate a company as such as you will have different departments / team. My team in GCB is very good. I am getting enough support from Team members amd having good work life balance. This may not be the case of others, so who ever looking my review, my honest suggestion is to talk openly during Interview and understood as Reviews may mislead you. Ultimately the work life balance / Carrer growth / happiness in work / Appraisals depends on your reporting manager and nothing to term as Intellect as one. Also remember, same environment one may like and other may not. So purely relying on review may lead to bad decision making. Act smart.

...asset during pandemic if you are surrounded near by chennai (eg : within 70 km). No welcome kit kind of things, Variable pay, Lot of unwanted deduction in salary like superannuation etc.Strict In time i.e, within 9.30 AM else salary cut if you late late on 3rd day in a month.

Decent salary for freshers, welcome kit, onboarding goodies, annual gifts given to employees.
