No as such. Salaries are also fine.But salary increments should be there for the employees who have been working above 3 years at least by 20-30%.

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

The pay structure is often not competitive with industry standards, and increments are minimal despite years of service and consistent performance. For a company of TCS’s stature, employees expect better rewards for their efforts. Low pay, coupled with the high demands of client projects, often leads to dissatisfaction, especially when compared to peers in other organizations. Promotions at TCS are another pain point. The process is slow and lacks transparency, making it difficult for employees to plan their career progression. Despite meeting performance expectations, many employees find themselves stuck in the same role for years, waiting for a long-overdue promotion. No work life balance. No projects in company so they silently fires. Not so good culture. Not so get promotion(1-5%hike only) or no benefits (whole year). Not that much bonus yearly.
