I think While joining itself I suggest everyone to demand the expected package. After a year or two don't expect more increment.

office Timing and work environment is good. They supported during pandemic by providing basic salary for few 3 months and later terminated. Poor at skill recognition of individual employee.

lots of politics and no value for technical knowledge. discouraged the option of availing sabbaticals during COVID pandemic and directly terminated the employees from the job

Compensation is low.So many times i got good appreciation mails from customer .But no one can noticed.

More opportunities, more learning curve but less compensation. WFH policies are good

Career growth is slow and preks are very less.
