There is no growth. Not working time. Work is very hard and they don't give like that salary. That's my experience.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 14/18 hours straight in a day as have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I m so disturbed.

Company culture is very nice, salary compensation and incentives are good, good work life balance, secured job

No other company gives as much increment as this company gives. Salary credit is available before 31st. And not like company who give less salary and give some salary later in the name of incentive.

Promotion happens after many years.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive there is a small cafeteria in the office

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is okay but career growth is slow
