Compensation it is less for those professional who do not have certified and working hours are more.

There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies is decent. You will develop your skills within a certain period of time if you are lucky enough to get proper guidance from your seniors

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary and careers growth is slow.

The only thing u will need to compromise on will be salary(compared to other big4s) and work life balance.
