When Ericsson appreciate you, you will travel anywhere in world to represente the Company, Ericsson has a politic of protecting all his employ or Consultants, when working with Ericsson. There is no differency between Consultants and Employees you will get the same Training when there is a new Equipment. Environment of is good and good enthousiasm. Ericsson always help you to innovate your your style of work. You will never be disappointed to ha been working to Ericsson.

I would like to tell you about the Job Security that is excellent. During COVID 19 Situation Ericsson Provides many benefits like : Work from home, Furniture, Broadband, Inverter, Computer monitors, Printers and other devices.

Dislikes

There are some salary hike which are mostly in single digit. Also the other one is CTC which includes : Variable pay, Employee PF and Employer PF. while in other company Variable pay and Employer PF are not the part of CTC and treat as extra benefits.

Job is secured, work life balance is excellent, leave is available, no work in weekend.

Dislikes

But salary hikes YOY is very low. Promotion is almost not there, means 3/4 people got promoted amongst 250/300 people...😀😀 It is varied man to man, if you are like that no pressure, need to stay in a comfort zone, then it is good for you.

...y prior intimation, suddenly called for a meeting and the HR has told to resign.They could have given some chances like Loss of pay till new project arrived.
