The company is known for sports but passionate sports enthusiasts are so lost in work that they are not able to practice their sport and which leads to frustration and then are not able to focus on their work. And because of this efficiency is lost. Self motivation is needed in that work place.

Good work environment and work culture. In Decathlon we are surrounded by people of almost similar age groups and which makes us comfortable to talk to and ask any kind of doubts without hesitation. Very supportive teammates.

Good salary but career growth is slow. The transportation is only for girls working late night.

Amazing organisation, well defined work roles which teaches true entrepreneurship to employees and amazing work culture . Lots of ladders ie domain wise or growth wise for career . Overall an amazing organisation to work with.

Work life balance was poor .Salary can be a bit better considering input working hours and physical demands of the job
