...n my subordinates didn't feel they'd be safe even if they commit minor mistakes. Compensation is an issue and HR simply doesn't understand the compensation structure, an employee is left to wonder what it is.

It's a wonderful job because this is my first job and they gave me a opportunity to work... And for all employees it's good to work hear.. am also happy to work and also my colleagues come from various different backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re - hire policy here

One thing I have to tell work pressure because some times I work 12 hours .. and also about salary because for IJP rolled out employees salary will can't be change

The company is open to innovation and I was a part of a well known process in the company and the Managers and Supervisors helps you in each step. Pressure is high in any job so do in the process where i worked. But i enjoyed my journey with them. The incentive structure is also better than other companies.The best part is even trainer have incentives in the process which none of the companies provide.

Starting Salary is less, work life balance is less

The Work culture, the management everything is just perfect. U won't find pressure doing ur work. It's the best company to start ur career with. Long term k liye its the best company to work with.

Salary. If u compare the salary of HGS employees with other employees around the city u will find the salary of HGS employees are very less. That's the only thing the management has to work on.
