Flexible timings Food Team outing A bit more compensation then industry standard..just a bit more They will let you learn how to escapes from your works

Ask for max compensation at joining time..after that it is fixed that you are going to get 3 star rating and 5-7 % hike..No bargaining possible What ever your skills are..as a developer you are going to destroy it. Favouritism of managers towards work allocation and during appraisal. And in any case you can not challenge them. It's not like that you will be free and you will not have work.you will have work that has nothing to do with your skills upgradation.And you have to follow process to finish it. Best of luck

Environment is very nice, besides a little politics in few teams. Managers are cool.

Salary and benefits are good, depending on team management , culture and skill development are also very positive

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good sometimes due to clash of working between different teams. Promotions and appraisal are also not good due to company unclear goals and very wasteful meetings that serves no purpose. After Dec 2022, Job security is not looking good but that I believe is fully dependent on the team manager’s decision and planning.

This is a good learning opportunity for me for developing skills. The pay and benefits like insurance and leaves are good.
