Healthcare company and hence job security is there. Good salary for a fresher. Benefits such as health insurance which covers parents, spouse and children. Amenities such as a gym (if you are working from office) Company culture is good and encourages diversity.

Dislikes

Not recommended if you want to grow technically. Your experience will vary based on the team you work with. In most teams, associates get aligned to more support work than development. The learning opportunity is very less. Too many internal technologies. Management is not great. HR takes forever to respond.

You get to learn new things. New initiatives by team members in terms of learning new technologies.

...rate. They just give appraisel due to which people are sitting here for years. No other facility other than salary, nothing!! Once while discussing to provide cab serive for female employee at night for there safety, one of the company's highest management told that female employee should stay near the office if they concern there safety. Rubbish!!

Work culture is very good and people are very much helpful. Medical compensation is Excellent in this company. Associates are very much knowledgeable in their field and helpful

Management is supporting and no politics like other companies you will get recognition based on work.

Even after working so hard no hike.
