Poor work life balance. Salary deducted even after taking leaves. Lacks in job security and satisfaction depts.

Company give promotion everybody performance base & good salary hike every six months and give all facilities like them food & transport.

According to working hour standard company take more time daily bases so I dislike this.

Job not secure and oppo hired all employees from one and two companies and I think they are not skilled and there is work on the basis of first come first achieve employees performance not important

Here basic pay is low but in spite of being fresher, the company provides a handsome over time compensation.

Because in which department I was working, there was no flexibility for time management means employees are forced for overtime always .
