Work culture is good but food quality need to improve and verify by HR daily wise . Company management is awesome, but need to improve one to one feedback by HR on floor by team.

No bonus get it till now after 3 years and company share its the product per year for free of cost advertising

Before joining oppo I was not aware of mobile tools and even not knowing how to assemble and disassemble phones, after joining oppo I got training at Bangalore I learned every single tools, also my teammates helps me a lot, I always get respect from my seniors, it's been more than one year in oppo still I learn something new every day, if I talk about work environment all employees of this company are of positive thinking and good to see that every one is working towards same goal.

Working at oppo India I dislike only one thing that employees don't get expected salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
