I was at KDC so can say about that: You will have more or less a chilled life as because job risk is less, Mostly all the managers and team members are like a family, If you are in a easy project you can take leaves without hesitation,

UUUFFFF Many: No proper management, if in bench no salary after 45 days! No upgradation of skill, medium to good politics, limited onsite opportunities while managers say lies about sending onsite while taking interview so beaware, Cheap mentality for giving payouts

Shift allowance very less, Cab, Bus and Shuttle Service very less. Only 45 days salary if you are in bench. Lot of my friends afraid to join and leaving Wipro due to 45 days Bench Policy..
