Great place to be in, one of the best engineers I have ever worked with and managers was supportive. They have wide range of customers, who are using all kind of technologies you can think of, so learning never stops.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low and some time no hike at all. They do not have any process to detect/define performance of engineer, it all depends on how much profit your BU is making and how good relationship you have with your manager.

Salary is not decent due to experience person .No promotion.no appraisal.
