...agement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

Likes

Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected.

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Dislikes

No compensation, work pressure is high..may be depends on the project we work

A good company to work if you are OK with strict IT field and less expectations.

Dislikes

Some politics exit and low bonus and promotions.

Job security. Too many project. Health insurence benifit.

Salary is too low. Specially the yearly increment.
