there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

I was very lucky to work under such a big top MNCs. During my 3 1/2 year exp in tcs, mainly we have job security so that for ladies especially during maternity it helps us a lot. No much work pressure in my project. Transportation was really very good.

...saw is only known n close to the team, Will get opportunity to go next level. Even in salary, politics always there. Growth is very slow.
