there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

I was very lucky to work under such a big top MNCs. During my 3 1/2 year exp in tcs, mainly we have job security so that for ladies especially during maternity it helps us a lot. No much work pressure in my project. Transportation was really very good.

Dislikes

...saw is only known n close to the team, Will get opportunity to go next level. Even in salary, politics always there. Growth is very slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, l get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada, but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some officer in Toronto. hence l got a BI visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength s, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time l do receive appreciation emails from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, Also,there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step. Which is a pain sometimes.

A good company to work if you are OK with strict IT field and less expectations.

Some politics exit and low bonus and promotions.

Work life balance and company culture is good. People are helpful and friendly.

Salary and appraisal systems. Growth is not that good for a designer's job.
