Work life balance and company culture is good. People are helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal systems. Growth is not that good for a designer's job.

Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected.

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.

Likes

I was very lucky to work under such a big top MNCs. During my 3 1/2 year exp in tcs, mainly we have job security so that for ladies especially during maternity it helps us a lot. No much work pressure in my project. Transportation was really very good.

Dislikes

...saw is only known n close to the team, Will get opportunity to go next level. Even in salary, politics always there. Growth is very slow.

A good company to work if you are OK with strict IT field and less expectations.

Some politics exit and low bonus and promotions.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

No compensation, work pressure is high..may be depends on the project we work
