No Job security in this company environment and salary and all good but there is no job security if projects are down they will fire immediately.

Job security could be little on choppy waters . Dont expect great compensation but ya now a days they are offering decent compensation. Remote working does give you some flexibility and management depends on which process you are working for. Overall management will not make your life hell they are very understanding of the situation and will try to accommodate your valid request. Overall i would say nice place to work
