It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

Dislikes

1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.

Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Dislikes

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

Bahadurpally tech Mahindra organisation is the worst place i ever seen i have total 9 years of experience with 4 different organisations by bahadurpally tech m is number one waste organisation, where team lead openly asks alcohol bottles jackets for agents who wants leave and show partiality liqour bottles has been brought on floor Favourite agents can booze fully and come to floors i raised my voice and complained to hr manager pooja hr lavanya they didn't took action so i mailed to ajay prabhu head of the process he took action but these ppl kept in mind and awarded me ZT'S i have 3.5 years of experience in tech m but once i complained within 1 month i got 2 zts and removed me from the organisation under redeployment i have all proofs of liquor bottles brought on floor i can provide at anytime no need to keep my name confidential my name is Vinay 729166 watsapp number 8555031095 i can show proofs i guess this feedback won't make any changes but you ppl take it seriously please check how associates come to floor after boozing liqour bottle balentine and jack daniel has been opened in 5 th floor meeting room
