Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

Good things are salary, transport, food facilities.

Team leaders Managers Dirty Politics Favorism Hire their own people to get the refferal and they put them in good positions so many negative things to say.......!

Working with HCL, It's seems like a non curable disease. U NEVER LIKE TO LEAVE HCL Technologies. If you assign under supportive Manager then you always love to work.

Only one dislike is compensation.

1) Projects are hard to find 2) No explicit trainings by the company so every candidate can get placed in project 3) Training to be self sponsored by candidate 4) Not women friendly as it claims example need to report to office as per policy registration regardless of transport and personal limitations 5) Transport allowance not provided 6) Asks to relocate to Trivandrum for retaining job else forces to quit the company
