No work life balance, 6 days working, mindset of management is those who sits late are sincere n hardworking, unnecessary monitoring. No appreciation of good work, no flexibility, 2 Saturday off but that also u get if ur boss allows, salary increment are poor

...rst and last company. Once join never think to quit as due to Good atmosphere Best salary Best company After retirement I had again requested to seniors to pls give me re chance to work again. Unfortunately it was not in my luck to give more service in this country. Still in love blue dart znd awaiting if company will give chance then again ready to work in this company.

Dislikes

Unlimited working hours once join can not say when leave off. Bcoz can not hold any work during working hrs and always leave off after fulfill the responsibility. One very important thing which I want to share you as experience staff never gets chance to promote and new staff hired by company who is not aware about bde work. Staff always Desatisfation due to this. Company should give change to promote old staffs who devote his life in this company from a long.

There is nothing to like about Nagpur blue dart except the salary.
