While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results

Compensation is not on par with market, they will judge as per earlier salary which is fine but if you perform will after joining, one has to get ready to pay as per market
