What i dislike the most about Kellton is that they are very strict about their policies. In terms of understanding the employee situation, they prefer policies over the top. In my probation period their policies says you cannot take marriage leaves of 3 days...i was about to complete my probation in a week but they didn't consider any soft bends. Another example is when their policy states that you have to report to office when you are on bench, it means you have to stick to it.its so hard to seek approval from them for WFH even when you have a 7 month old kid at home. They should consider exceptions also to maintain mental peace and harmony among the organisation.

Company culture is very good, salary is on time, your issues will be resolved or answered as soon.

Dislikes

No further growth, technology wise or it depends on you, work life balance can easily be differed as per the project or your manager, No bonus or any other benefit other then your salary.

Good company if you are not joining as a fresher, for experience guys they provide above market compensation and having good on-site opportunity

Dislikes

Very poor middle management, old guys are not changing their approach (man management) which is causing poor work life balance and dissatisfaction among peers
