One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

Job security and work culture are great. There is scope of learning as well, it purely depends on project basis.

There is no proper management in projects. Rating and salary hike at junior levels are not good.
