As a result.and another point is my colleagues come from various cultural background. And we are happily and celebration.i like the employee re-her policy here .

Compensation is decent . work is very high. But I like to high pressure. I have to work some time 10 to 11 hours. manager do not value an individual, unique strength, which is way I have to take back suggestions most of time

it is good company in terms of project that they are doing and i like working on different aspects of engineering that are not traditional

Well sometime work is good but overall compensation doesn't match with your experience. Hr have not good policies about compensation in terms of experience they just give certain % hike and say this is best we could do.
