1. Salary and Increments are not good enough just below the minimum and not even beating inflation. 2. Promotions are pathetic and lack of opportunities and difficult to grow upward. 3. Current market scenarios of MNCs in India are pathetic and Job Security is a concern.

The working culture of Sanofi is very good & it's a value carrying company. People of Sanofi makes difference from others in industry.

Over all experience is good but Compensation is little bit less.

salary lower did not match with other multynational. for field college have to work extrem level sometime have to work at holiday. at the end of year appraisals and incriment evolution did not do properly.

This company is having a rich culture, only in a few companies like Sanofi we can see employees working from the years.Gives more importance to skill development.
