For job security and career growth concentrix is the best place.there are many skill development courses and learning which helps us to grow.

... very low as per standards.yearly hike % and bonus amount need to be increased.. There is no 2 way cab facilities for free where other companies provide and it won't be deducted in pay.There is no team outing or trip which is conducted by the organisation at all.There is no gym available in D4 or C4.

Concentrix is employee centric company. I learnt a lot things from. Here you always get a chance to upgrade your shelf and i think this is the best place to work.

I don’t think, there is something to dislike. However, I would say that salary doesn’t increase much here.

During the pandemic concentrix make sure every employee get work from home and provide the system as soon as possible.

Salary is less and growth is slow
